    ‘MRS. M. K. BARGER [obit from Grant County Press, date unknown] Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Rohrbaugh Barger, 73, wife of M. K. Barger, died last Tuesday night at her home in Maysville. She was corn in Grant county, a daughter of the late Aaron and Sylvia [sic] Cooper Rohrbaugh and was a member of Jordan Run his Church of the Brethren. Surviving. besides her husband, are two sons, Brooks and Denver, Maysville; four daughters, Mrs. Agnes Spitzer, Keyser. Mrs. Sadie Kimble, Baltimore, Mrs. Rheba Kimble, Cabins. and Mrs. Gladys Flanigan, McCoole; two sisters. Mrs. Rosanna Hutton, Washington, D. C., and Mrs. Orpha Smith, Cumberland; three brothers Daniel Rohrbaugh, Romney, Chris Rohrbaugh, Maysville, and William Rohrbaugh, Arthur; 28 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Services were conducted Friday afternoon at the Jordan Run Union Church. The Rev. Paul Boll and the Rev. Lester Evans officiated and burial was in the Rohrbaugh Cemetery. The Arrangements were under the direction of Arnold Funeral Home.’

    ‘MARTIN KENNY BARGER [obit From Grant County Press, Aug 1967] Martin Kenny Barger, 85, Maysville, died Friday at his home following an extended illness. Born in Pendleton County, May 22, 1882, he was the son of the late George and Luvinia (Hartman) Barger. His wife, Sarah (Rohrbaugh) Barger died January 19, 1963. Mr. Barger was a member of the Church of the Brethren. Surviving are two sons, Brooks Barger and Denver Barger, both of Maysville; four daughters, Mrs. Agnew Spitzer, Keyser; Mrs. Strawdie Kimble, Baltimore, Md; Mrs. Arrebba Kimble, Cabins, and Mrs. Gladys Flanagan, McCoole ; one sister, Mrs. Walter Berg, Maysville; one brother, Scott Barger, Maysville; 29 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren. Services were held Monday at the Jordan Run Union Church by Rev. Herman Turner. Interment was in Rohrbaugh Cemetery, Jordan, Run. Arrangements were in charge of Arnold Funeral Home.’
